1. Purpose of Service

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website https://lemicro.live and the digital live audio streaming service LeMicro.live.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademark Rights

The trademark LeMicro.live, the logo (LEMICRO in cyan + .LIVE in magenta), the Dark Neon Studio visual identity, as well as all proprietary software architectures and original content are protected by Intellectual Property law.

Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or representation is strictly prohibited.

3. Technical Liability & Broadcasting

LeMicro.live deploys all reasonable technical infrastructure to ensure continuous, resilient streaming. However, stream delivery relies partly upon local mobile telecommunications coverage (4G/5G/Wi-Fi) and the audio feed supplied by on-site event staff.

The event organizer remains responsible for editorial content, on-mic statements, and public performance music licensing for physical loudspeaker systems at their venue.
